QuestionPro - DialogTech Integrations

QuestionPro integrates with DialogTech to provide Interactive Voice Response (IVR) surveys. With the help of this integration, you can use DialogTech’s automated telephony system that interacts with respondents, collects their responses and passed the data back to your QuestionPro account.

How to set up an IVR survey?

In order to set up an IVR survey, you’ll need a DialogTech account. You can sign up for an account at:

Once you’re in your DialogTech account, you can set up an new IVR, add questions and answer options.

Webhook settings

Once you have set up the IVR, you’ll need to add an webhook to be invoked once the IVR is submitted so that the data is passed to QuestionPro.

In order to do so, go to Webhook Settings.

Under webhooks settings you’ll need to set up a target URL.

You can get the target URL by logging into your QuestionPro Account and going to Survey >> Integration >> IVR
